Class begins each Wednesday at 6:30pm.
June 13: The Best Grilled Meats with Chef Joe the Butcher
June 20: Ricotta Making and Recipes with Colin from the Cheese Shop
June 27: Stone Fruits – an appetizer, entreé, dessert and drink with Chef Sonny from the Deli
July 4: No class. Happy Independence Day!
July 11: Marinades and Rubs with Chef Joe the Butcher
July 18: Simple Summer Dinners with Tom from the Farmer’s Market (vegetarian!)
July 25: Sushi Making 101 with Chef Alex from the Sushi Station
August 1: Appetizers for Entertaining with Chef Nathan from Standard Grill
August 8: Cooking with Fresh Tomatoes with Chef Brian from Bakersfield and Standard Grill
August 15: Sushi Making 201 with Chef Alex from the Sushi Station
Classes are 1-hour long demonstrations, and samples are provided. $10 per adult is payable on the day of class. Please RSVP to summerschool@standardmarket.com to secure your place in a class.
