HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Salmon
Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic lid and place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 14–16 minutes.
Microwave Oven Remove plastic lid. Heat on high for 2–3 minutes.
 
Brown Rice
Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic lid and place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
Microwave Oven Remove plastic lid. Heat on high for 2–3 minutes.
 
Caramelized Brussels Sprouts
Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic lid and place container on a sheet pan. Bake for 10–15 minutes.
Microwave Oven Remove plastic lid. Heat on high for 2–3 minutes.
